In March/April 2010 Darling & Stephensons made a decision to store their archived files"off-site", and we approached Hazel Oliver of Wensleydale Storage Solutions.
Hazel attended at our offices to make an assessment of our current storage facilities with a view to preparing a quotation in respect of Wensleydale's fees for "off-site" storage.
This quotation was received within the course of the following few days, and was acceptable to the firm.
The service that followed was nothing short of exceptional.
 
Hazel and her team were faced with extremely tight deadlines, working in an attic where the access was
challenging and working space somewhat cramped!

Nothing was a problem to Hazel and her team, and during the course of a fortnight, they managed to reference and remove 590 boxes from Darling & Stephenson's premises to
Wensleydale's premises in Leyburn.

Since the removal of the files from Coniscliffe Road, Hazel has continued to assist us delivering files to our offices as and when requested, often at short notice

On moving my business, I discovered that I had a huge number of files dating back 20 years. I can't believe 3 years have gone by since I moved the Group's archives into store with you.

It was such a relief to find such a superb facility within easy distance of both my previous office address and this one. I was concerned that downsizing to smaller premises and loosing the storage capacity I previous enjoyed would prove a real headache. You can imagine my delight on finding such a first class, dry, air conditioned and, most importantly, a secure storage facility on my doorstep.
Colleagues working in urban areas were disbelieving when I said I had  found somewhere so good, competitively priced and so local. They think living in a rural area we don't have such facilities. It was a pleasure to prove them wrong!
 
I particularly like the ability to have items both added and brought out of store upon request and at little notice.

The prompt, efficient and friendly service cannot be bettered and I would have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone looking for such a facility.
